GR. 2 perpendicular grating for gutters
Grating for gutter model GR. 2 manufactured in T section high quality PVC profiles.
GR. 2 grating is very versatile. In fact we can make this model grating by assembling PVC profiles in different ways; the grating can be supplied rigid, rollable, linear, bendable, curved to design.
• Made in 4 heights: 22 mm. (GR.2/22), 25 mm. (GR.2/25), 30 mm. (GR.2/30) and 35 mm. (GR.2/35);
• Any widths. Customizable widths millimeter by millimeter.
• Available in 21 standard colours.
• Supplied with herringbone corners (upon request).

“Gorilla Grate” is the best solution when a large self-supporting grating is needed, with a height of 35 mm and a width up to 900 mm.
The GR. 2/35/s grating “Gorilla Grate”, can be used in various ways:
• to cover the large gutters where it is necessary to have an important water exchange;
• to cover double gutters side by side, one for the recycling of swimming pool water and one for the outflow of water used for cleaning floors;
• to cover the gutters of the infinity pools without compensation tank;
• to cover the wells of the technical areas to reduce condensation and facilitate the ventilation of the equipment used;
• to cover the shower areas in the changing rooms and also ensure wheelchair access;

Obtained through the extrusion of high quality, rigid PVC. The PVC profile shaped in a double T section.
Grating with elements parallel to the edge of the pool, 25 mm. high and in a width ranging from 150 mm. to 400 mm.
• Rigid with element 1 m. long;
• Including 6 support tubes per metre;
• Free of Cadmium and Lead, in compliance with RoHS and REACH standards, following eco-compatible formulas.
The structure guarantees a superior weight load capacity and mechanical resistance.
GR. 80 parallel grating for gutters
Made with high quality, rigid PVC with wide slats and an attractive appearance.
The design is extremely efficient in terms of anti-slip performance.

Grating for linear gutters manufactured in high quality PP, made with elements parallel to the edge of the pool.

The structure and the 24 reinforced cross sections guarantee a superior weight load capacity and mechanical resistance.

• anti UV additive: prevents plastic from yellowing caused by the sun’s rays;
• anti shock additive: guarantees greater impact resistance;

Grating for linear gutters manufactured in high quality, rigid PVC.

GR. 90 gratings for overflow swimming pools
Manufactured with recyclable raw materials without lead, cadmium or other heavy metals.
Anti UV additives guarantee colour resistance throughout time, while anti-shock additives improve mechanical performances.
• Manufactured using high quality PP. Height 22 mm. and width 245 mm.;
• Provided in already-assembled 1 m. pieces to reduce installation times;
• The geometry we designed allows the grating to be extremely strong and resistant in order to enable great amount of weight bearing.
The grating is manufactured in accordance with UNI EN13451 rules and certified anti-slip DIN51097.
Cover gratings for technical spaces
Grate GR2/35/S can be easily used in technological wells with the big advantage of reducing moisture significantly.
How does it work? For this grate, covering permeability to air guarantees plenty of ventilation. Most of technical spaces suffer from moisture and therefore swimming pool technical appliances are subject to wear and tear. For this reason motor bearings become sensitive and noisy.
When it rains? Rain may penetrate into the technological space, but thanks to the IP54 pumps and to drainage this dries rapidly and air circulate reducing moisture.
Height of the Grate: 35 mm. It is possible to realize any dimension up to a maximum of 900 mm without any intermediate support.
The stainless inox threaded bars guarantee stability and long-life.
